Test stand for testing of frame and fork of scooter
Kostka, Marek ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is construction design of the testing station for tests of cyclical straining of the frame and fork of the footbike in loading by men in weight from 50 to 150 kg and in kick frequency from 10 to 120 kicks per minute. The format of this work is divided into four main parts. In the first part is this work orientated to actual demands of the footbike. In this part is also described construction design and solution of other testing stations. In other part of this work is accomplished analysis of powers which influent footbike and there are defined particular parameters for testing station. In the third part is described possible approach to solution of testing station and to particular contructional nodes. Last part of this work talks about the resulting proposal of constructional design of the testing station.
Scooter testing bench
Kostka, Marek ; Dlugoš, Jozef (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with measuring of acting forces from rider to footbike during the ride, followed by the construction of test stand to draw an equivalent load. Measurements and subsequent analysis of acting forces from the rider to the footbike were made. These results were then used for complete design of the test stand. The frame of the test stand was subdued to a stress analysis. A complete automatic control system, including a pneumatic control circuit, was also designed. The proposed automatic test stand was then manufactured and put into operation.
Design of scooter
Oulehla, Jakub ; Rubínová, Dana (referee) ; Rajlich, Jan (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor‘s thesis is design of children's scooter of a higher price category. It solves basic ergonomic problems such as machine weight, height and length of deck, and height of handlebars. The goal is to solve these problems and create a scooter that is different of the current production, especially on the domestic market. The design has taken into account the safety, functionality and manufacturability of the machine. The color solution is adapted to the fact that the scooter users will be children.
Suggestion of electric scooter
Lamberský, Václav ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Synek, Miloš (advisor)
The topic of this master thesis is the design of electric scooter. In the first part of this thesis consists if research of used structural designs and driver types. In following chapters are calculations and selection procedures of the electric motor, batteries and other accessories. Results from previous chapters were used to created complete 3D model of scooter in SolidWorks software. Based on the model, complete technical drawings were created.
Suggestion of electric scooter
Lasák, Štěpán ; Augste, Jan (referee) ; Synek, Miloš (advisor)
The goal of this master’s thesis is a construction design of an electric kick bike with the motor builded in the axle of the rear wheel. The thesis consists of theoretical part, which is describing electric kick bikes used today and the possibility of motorization. The next part is a construction design with necessary calculations and formulas.
Konstrukční řešení motokola
Dobiáš, Jan
This diploma thes is deals with the design of a motobike. In the introductory part, the motobike and drive types are being researched to day. In the next part thereis a solving of the motobike design with a description of technical modifications. Following on from this economic evaluation. The conclusion of the thesis descri best he subjective evaluation of the driving characteristics of the constrained motobike with the proposal for fur the rmodifications. Part of the work is complete drawing documentation and list of fasteners.
